Barley & Hops uses USPS ground & priority shipping. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed before noon (PST) always ship same day and generally take up to three business days to get anywhere in the US. We are happy to ship 2 day and overnight, please contact us at 913-850-8827 or email@example.com to make these shipping arrangements before placing your order.
Major holidays will not be included in transit times. New Year’s Day, MLK Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Our shipping cost is configured by item. For the first 12 oz candle, we apply 5.95 for shipping. For each additional candle ordered 3.00 is added.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call or email us right away. If you receive a damaged package or if there is something missing from your order, please contact us within 45 days of the receipt of your package.
Make sure to document the occurrence by taking photos of items, shipping box and the labels. Please have this information ready for us when calling or emailing us. If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address.
Before contacting us, please have your order number, the items missing and the name of the person who placed the initial order.
